From the Home Page, click on the show you’d like to see and then click ‘Book Now’; This will take you to our ticketing website. Select the date and time you’d like to see the show from the column on the left.
Once you’ve selected this, a map of the theatre will appear on your screen. Choose where you would like to sit by clicking on the purple dots. They will turn yellow once they have been selected.
Please note that the stage is at the top of the map.
Click buy ticket(s) at the bottom of the page.
You will receive your E-Ticket via email – do check your junk mail.
You show these on entry to the theatre before taking your designated seat in the auditorium.
Concessions are available for senior citizens, children, full time students and ‘Friends’ of the Chiswick Playhouse.
After you’ve selected your seats on the map, click Buy Tickets at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page called “Order Summary.”
Near the top of this page is a drop down menu that is set by default to adult. Click on the little down arrow by the word “adult” and will show you the concession option.
You will need to do this individually for each concession ticket.
No need to pick up your ticket! Your E-Ticket will be sent to the email address provided.
No need to print your ticket either! We have gone paperless.
Just show your E-Ticket to a member of front of house staff on entry.
Tickets are available at the box office the night of the show.
The box office opens sixty minutes before the performance.
Yes. There are snacks and drinks available in the theatre upstairs.
If you would like a more substantial meal, the Tabard Pub serves food until 9pm and is right below the theatre.
As a small 90 seat venue above a pub, we are not accessible for wheelchair users but we are working to assess and improve our accessibility wherever possible.
There are 20 steps from the street to the box office.
Due to the design of the auditorium, latecomers cannot be admitted until the interval (if there is one).
With the change in government guidelines, the wearing of face coverings is at our audience discretion.
We have a number of guidelines in place at Chiswick Playhouse to ensure everybody's safety.
